Under WM5 is it possible to make a category permanent? Often I will have a task or calendar item with a custom category. But when I delete the item the category is gone and I need to re-create it.

What I am trying to achieve is a predefined list of 20 items to use for categories. So I can simply select the one I need and not have to always type one in.

Any ideas? Are categories stored in registry, dat file or db?
