My x51V (ROM A06) showed the factory reset dialog during i was playing Mastersfot Sudoku V1.
I pressed the message button for CANCEL. It reset and everything looks fine, all data, program, Owner info, Device ID, contacts, appointment, task, .. still in it except the date is changed to July 01 2005 then i go to remove software to remove Mastersfot Sudoku V1, but i don't see any item in it and it just blank for Total storage memory available field.

I did some soft reset, but it was still the same. Then i put it on the cradle, it got connected but with GUEST profile not my profile.

What i do now except Factory reset ?

First thing... it logged you on as a guest.. when you cancelled the reset, did it change the ppc name? If so, then change it back to whatever it was prior to the reset. Then try to connect to the pc again.

Owner info and Device ID are still the same.

i try to install other softwares, but it say unsuccessfull. So now i can not install or uninstall.
