Aximsitebluetoothicon X50V and Razr V3C

Hi everyone,
New on this forum. I'm trying to get my Motorola Razr V3c (CDMA) phone to work with my X50V. I can pair them with Bluetooth, but can't get the X50V to dial out.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
Roger

Hey man, welcome to the site first of all...second, if you do a search, youll find that this is very common. Do you have cingular? If so, you have to add a voice/data option to your plan.

Assuming you have an ISP you can call with a telephone, you could be able to use it as a modem. It is likely that the phone is locked and unable to be used as a standard modem in order to get you to order your cell company's data plan.

Your options are:
1) Order their data plan and use that (still not sure if it will allow you to use it as a modem.)
2) Find a way to unlock the phone so it can be used for DUN (Dial Up Networking.) I'm not sure we're allowed to post up methods like that for it goes against your contract and you could lose your cell service. You might want to do a web search for performing this activity. I know howardforums.com often has this sort of thing on it.

I had the same issue with Cingular. Get thier data plan, not too expensive and that solves the problem.

I don't mean to hijack this thread. But will this V3 Razr/Axim combination work with one of the free ISP services such as Netzero?

Thanks everyone. I'm in Canada with Bell Mobility. I could access it thru my X30, but not thru the X50v.... It's not a big deal, but it was nice to access my e-mails whenever I wanted to.
