whenever i enable my wireless network card, and have activesync running, my PC locks up. Anyone else getting this problem?

I moved the card to another PC and it works fine, i installed activesync on that machine, to see if the same thing happens, and it does.

so as far as i can see, activesync + wireless lan card = lockup :-(

That's normal. No WiFi when Axim is docked ... AS 4.1 + WM 5.0.

this can be even if its not docked, just enabled

Which wireless network card are you referring to? Is it the one on your desktop?

my assumption is that the virtual network (for active sync) and the wireless one dont enjoy playing together

You're correctly.

Here's AS 4.1 autoconfiguration addresses:
169.254.2.1 - Host, PC
169.254.2.2 - Client, pda

AS uses the RNDIS virtual adapter. Glad you understand the issue.
