USB8023Y.sys file nightmare

I sincerely hope someone out there can help me!!!!! I am getting when I am trying to install my AXIM X51 v on my system at work that tells me I need to hafe the USB8023Y.sys file!, and when I google it I find nothing! .

I have the CD that came with the AXIM in the drive and am still getting this error, but I can not find this driver anywhere at all and it's driving me nutts!. We are running WIN 2000/SP4 and it worked just fine with my previous X3 AXIM, so I am completely clueless on this one and am submitting myself to the greater minds of the site (a nice way to say I'm begging for help hahaha)

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Brwolf

You need to install Activesync 4, it has the necessary drivers with it and Activesync 3.8 and lower will not work with WM5 devices.

AS4 should be on that CD you've got there....
