huge file association issue

I have the PPC 6700, obviously running WM5. I installed NoteM today. When I was installing it someone called my phone so it didn't properly install, or so I thought. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and when it asked if I would like to associate files with the program I said no. well now, I can't play any MP3 file. when I click on them it says no program associated with this file. and all my MP3 ringers don't work. I unistalled it again and still nothing. I can open windows media player and select the file, but that's the only way to get it to work., the ringers still don't work. This is frustrating. I need to know how to get the files to "reassociate" windows media player so I can select them from file explorer or use them as ringers again. Please help.

Use PocketTweak to manually fix file associations.

If you want it fixed automatically, you'll have to do a hard reset.

If you have a recent backup, you might want to try a hard reset then restore to that backup.
