Need some Help With Outlook Mobile

i just got my axim x51v a few days ago, and so far love it.
i've been tinkering with lots of things, but there is one thing i can't figure out...

how can i set-up outlook mobile to do a two way sync?
on my computer outlook is associated with two pop server e-mail accounts, and downloads the e-mails, then syncs the e-mails to my PPC.

I want to be able to download e-mail DIRECTLY to my PPC when i'm out and about/have access to wireless, so i can read and send when i'm not at my computer, but then when i get back to my computer, everything syncs up and, even though my computer may have downloaded the same e-mails (though not sent ones i sent from my PPC) there are no duplicates, and my comptuer "keeps track" of the e-mails i sent from my PPC.

If anyone can help me with this, i would greatly appreciate it, as i can not figure out how to set this up.
thanks.

i'd just set up as pop3 on the axim and not sync those at all.

then update via wifi, or in the cradle when connected to the pc

that doesn't exactly work right...
i set up my axim with one of my pop3 accounts, and sent a test message. the axim downloaded it just fine, however when i did a send/recieve in outlook 2003, the e-mail didn't show up.

i want my e-mail syncronized between BOTH of them, but still be able to send/recieve e-mails from my axim when i'm NOT synchronized with my computer.

did you set up your server end to keep messages when accessed by pop3?

it always retains the messages, but i think once they are accessed via pop once, they don't upload again...
