Setting up a VPN connection

Perhaps I am an ignoramous, but how can I properly set up a VPN connection and then connect with it?
I am sitting here with a Wi-Fi connection. I can browse the web without a problem.
I create a VPN connection to work, but how do I get it to connect. When I select the radio button for the connection then tap and hold to get the connect/delete option, I click connect. I see nothing happening.

I know that with my office I actually need specific software to get into the network, it isn't as easy as a name/password deal. Yo umight ask your IT if they have some specific interface that is needed.

Our company uses SecuRemote and I have the PocketPC version running on my PC and it works fine. I then use Terminal Services after obtaining the connection.

You'll need to use VPN software that your company uses, if available for a pocket pc.

Dont forget to enter your Work URL exceptions. Once you do this your device will automatically detect when you are needing a VPN connection to access information. You can get there by going to Start --> Settings --> Connections tab --> select connections -->advanced tab --> select exceptions
