I applied the registry hack to store temp files in \SD Card\Volatile instead of Application. After that i also disabled the battery meter in Rosco Explorer. On restarting the AXIM i get the front screen but the today screen is blank (both spb plus and rosco)and also the axim is not responding. i tried a hard reset but that did not help.

Try another soft reset, and if that doesn't work, another hard reset, and if that doesn't work, call Dell.

Try removing the SD Card and then doing a soft reset.
