I am a new owner of a Dell Axim X51v after being for several years a VERY committed Palm OS person. I am really enjoying my new Axim, but need to know how to fix a glitch with the included Powerpoint software.

I downloaded a powerpoint file from the internet to my PC. I then added the file to my Axim. Everything comes up fine except that all of the words come up in a GREEK font. How do I get it back to the default font or ANY readable font for that matter?

Thanks! BTW, I love the AXIMSITE web and forums. I have found it very informative and have already used some of the information I have found on the site in getting the most from my Axim. I look forward to getting to "know" many of you on this forum.

It sounds like whichever font you used on the PC to create the presentation isn't installed on the PPC. It may be possible to find the font and install it but it would probably be easer to change the font in the presentation:

Open the file on your PC, select View, Master, Slide Master, use Ctrl+A to select all the text boxes and then select a different font from the drop down list on the menu bar.

You probably should also do this on the Title Master but once you've made these changes, it should change all the pages in the presentation.

Save the file and copy it back to your PPC.
