I think FoxitReader is better.

I guess that means that foxitreader is a complete replacement for acrobat, is that correct?

I have used ClearVue before, but I didn't keep it because it was basically not needed anynmore when I got my x51v with WM5 that has real excel and real word fomarts (xls and doc).

I bought the software when I had my x50v, maybe I'll try loading it on again.

Are there any other readers out there?

When you install ClearVue or FoxitReader, do you have to associatet PDFs with the particular reader, or could I open my PDFs with wichever I wanted (will all the programs still recognize the PDFs?)

You don`t need to associate PDFs with any reader, just install all of them(FoxitReader,ClearVue PDF and Acrobat Reader).
Open your PDFs from the program, but not from File Explorer.

Now you need File Dialog Changer - v1.65,the program replaces the "Save As..." & "Open..." dialog box in applications and provides a decidely more complete interface with more ergonomic navigation. It`s free.

1. Copy filedlgchg.cpl & GsGetFile.dll into windows folder
2. Goto Settings, click icon "File Dialog Changer"
3. **CHECK checkbox "Exchange Standard File Dialog"**

Now with your program you can open your PDFs wherever they are.So you can choose which program to open them.

Thank you so much for the response. Who knows, maybe I'll convert to a different reader ;).
