I have an axim 51v, and a mac. Since i cant get activesync to work, im forced to get the cab files.. and then take out my card.. put it in my reader.. and then put the file on the card.. is there any way i can share files.. like a network on here?

I know there are ways to use Windows-based network shares on a Mac and I just did a Google search that suggests the functionality is included with OS 10.2. I think if you can set up the Mac so that it could be seen on a PC network then the Axim should be able to see it using the information described in the Networking your Pocket PC section of the WiFi Guide.

The alternative is to install ftp server software on the Axim. There are a few of these but I'm not familar with how well the various versions work. Hopefully someone else can provide some insight.

SAMBA scharing won't work...

ALthouhg if you have resco installed, you can setup FTP Access to your mac via settings applet -> network

you can then connect and get the files thatway.
