I download several wmv tutorial files from the MS VisualBasic Express site. I tried playing them on my Axim X51v on Widows Media Payer 10 and all I get is sound but no video, I've also tried TCPMP with nothing playing at all. Why would microsoft produce wmv files that don't play on there own software, straight from there site. It plays on the desktop version of WMP.

Anyone have any other ideas of a player to use?

Its simply a matter of codecs. The videos were obviously not designed to play on a mobile device. You could try reencoding the videos.

Yes, I downloaded the Beta version of Media Player 11 for the PC and it converted and synced the files. Took a long time to convert!

go to media play 10 tools / options / performance / advanced / video acceleration check use high quality mode , this should fix the video it fixed mine let me know !!!
