Boot problem since WM 5.0

hi,
Since i use wm 5.0 on my x50v there is sometimes the problem that i cant turn on my x50v. i push and push and push... the turn on/off button, but nothing happens -> affter pusching the soft boot button the message arrives that there is a problem with the memory and that i have to push the "calender" button to repair this problem. Ok, after pushing the calender button the x50v reboots and everything functions again BUT then my accubatterie is empty!!!
Always after this problem the batterie is empty.
i already bought a new batterie but there is still the same problem.
Does anybody know this problem and knows a solution?
thank u very much

PS: sorry for my bad school english

you are seeing the symptom not the problem. for some reason your battery is getting used up. when that happens you will get the memory error and have to do a soft reset, which is what you have been doing. you need to figure out what is causing the battery to get used up. Have you done all the tricks listed at the top of the page here on Aximsite? look for the fake server trick and that is probably what is killing you. Also, be sure to turn off wifi before turning off your pda. Don't use a battery monitor on the Today screen either as that has caused a lot of problems. figuring out what is killing the battery will make your other issues go away. write back if you need more info.
