There's a lot of options ... you can use something like OzVGA (search the forums), or you can switch to a different broswer - either Opera or Minimo. IE is already as "VGA" as it gets, so really the only way is using something that does VGA better.

I preferred Opera .. but it was pricey.

Opera is very nice but it comes with a nice price tag as well.

By the way, welcome to Aximsite.

Check this out. This was taken from this site.

Web Surfing - The combination of WM2003 SE and VGA makes the PocketPC Web Browsing experience much nicer. You can adjust settings to achieve some real good results and minimize your vertical scrolling a bit. Refer to the screenshots below.

Aximsite.com Mobile using landscape and medium text size.

Aximsite.com Mobile using landscape and small text size. Notice that the images do not change in size.

Aximsite.com Mobile using SE_VGA Utility (Freeware not included).

nope it does work. i tried it when i updated my OS to WM5 but the font and everything wasnt right soo yea. thats another reason y i wanted to go back to 2003SE because i wanted to be able to have it in True VGA when i surf the net or w/e. Its not worth trying to on WM5

I tried to install and run OzVGA on my Axim x51v today. I thought it would by handy to use VGA with Garmin Que.

Unfortunately it didn'work: I got a VGA resolution on the "welcome" screen and could not move any further.... so I had to run a hard reset

Does OzVGA work with WM5 or did I do something wrong?
