Bluetooth Sniper? Bluejacking with PDA? Talking to ppl you dont know?

Has anyone ever tried this application before?

Quote:
Do you like chatting with people you don’t know? Do you want to be able easily share multimedia files with your friends? Do you hate the cost of MMS? Well now you can do it all via BlueTooth ? Find your target, take aim and let Sniper do the rest! Sniper is a MoSoSo (Mobile Social Software) application designed to operate using BlueTooth.

Doesn't this just sound fun? Next time I'm bored in a public place I'll try this out.

Bluejacking is fun. I wonder how many calls Mr. Ablohmie gets a day?

Totally off topic here:

Is that app wm5 compatible? I've seen others that are not. Would be fun at work since the corp will not allow pda's on the wifi.

Yes! But 99.95% from WiFi. I think I have posted like once using BT DUN because I don't have a data plan and have no particular use for one as yet. If I am to go on a business trip, I guarantee you I will get one, though.

I get the message that my phone is app locked. I'm trying to install it on my x51v. What the heck?

i think that it is designed for smartphones only. now if we could find a cab file, then we could give it a try on plain wm5.

Well, there are two seperate downloads on the site. One for smartphones and one for PPC. I saw a post in the forums there that was supposed to have the cab file. Nothing was there though. WTF?

I havn't been able to try it yet since I still havn't found a miniSD card for my 6700 so I have no backups. I'll check this out the minute I can actually backup my device.

Sniper 4 x50v

I love the Sniper prog idea BUT I understand it's not available 4 x50v due to the "stacking" issue. I also understood that a new version Sniper (VR) was supposed to be a fix 4 this.
Anyone got any info or ideas?
