Aximsitemobileicon One of the main reasons behind for your Axim to run improperly after power on

One of the main reasons behind for your Axim to run improperly after power on
Did you noticed that when you power on your Axim, it usually takes 3-5 mins to return to normal running manner? Look at the bottom right corner, do you notice there is a Odnssey Client icon? This is the point!
Go to Odnssey Client software -->click bottom left option-->Disable Odnssey-->Click bottom left option again--> click "exit"
Now your X51V should returns to normal, hope it helps everyone.

Disabling oddysey is a great idea. Even deleting it also helps. I never use oddysey and its just a memory hog.

Aximsitewifiicon The Use of Odessey

Actually, I use Odessey only for setting up VPN, otherwise I won't suggest using it for general Wi-Fi purpose.

How can I/we delete this, and other proggies I have replaced with better aftermarket stuff?

Wifi Companion ($) is pretty cool, and lets me do WPA-PSK, so it meets the encryption requirements of my hospital LAN, I like it - but it isnt freeware.
So if I can find a way to trash odyssey - its gone.

Thanks very much
