I just a Dell Axim X50V.
There is a CD labeled ast the Win Mobile 5 System Upgrade Utility CD.
It doesn't seem to do anything. All I can see on it is just a note. I have no idea if I am doing something wrong. Was trying to load stuff onto my Desktop (stuff meaning the CDs which came with the PDA) while I am waiting for the battery to charge.
Any ideas?

You may not want to put wm5 on this axim.

If...
you want a stable os
use older (free) ppc programs
better bluetooth
etc... dont upgrade

If..
you want the latest os
want persistant storage (data not lost when batt dies)
etc.. upgrade

A little background is, most x50v users have been very disdatisfied with this update.
