Here my question when WM5 SE comes out, will it be a free upgrade for us WM5 First Edition? Because there a few bugs on the WM5 so just wondering if we all will be able to upgrade free to WM5 SE when it comes out? Does anyone know? Thanks. And when is it suppose to come out by any chance?

I agree with you on this one abut you know these big companies, the bottom line (profits) is the only thing that counts.

Learn as much as you can. Do what you think is right. Don't fear losing. When down, pick yourself right back up. Do not give up. Do not give in. Keep going forward. If you can do all of that and like what you see in the mirror, you are where you want to be... and ahead of most.

   

I kinda wonder if they'll ever offer the upgrade for current devices. If you look at past histories, they hardly ever retrofit an older PDA with the newer OS. Of course, there have been a couple of exceptions which is nice.

Typically it has not been free, unless you purchased your Axim right before the release of the upgrade.

Always read stuff that will make you look good if you die in the middle of it.

Hell if it will fix all the problem add a working BT stack i'm willing to fork over 15 USD... maybe 20 but not more... if the current WM5 is fixed by them... by dell or by the user comunity screw SE

I am soooooo hoping for linux on the X51V (X50V work in progress).
Then I'll be able to use it like I usually use my pc - Linux for fun stuff and Windows for games.
Besides - If linux will be ported to the X51V it'll probably be more stable/functional than Dells wm5 implementation.

I bet Dell won't even bother releasing that update, when it arrives...
