I would also recommend pocketxpdf, it's simple and not bloated. Opening a page is slow but afterwards, it's pretty quick in manipulating page sizes.

Now if I could find a good chm reader or try to convert chm into pdf...the search continues :)

Well, no one has mentioned MortPlayer for MP3s, so there's my contribution. I like it for the alarm and sleep timer functions.

I'll try it out, thanks :)

UPDATE:

chmreader .NET, was okay but only recognizes 1 out of 20 chm on my storage. The only program that did work was "chm ebook reader", too bad trial was only for 10 use.

I will never use AIM again. I still send IMs to people who use AIM, but I will use GAIM or AIMLite

Or if I'm at a place where I cant download software, or dont have the time, (relatives house, friends, etc), I will use www.meebo.com for IM, b/c it uses java and you dont have to download any program. It works from your browser.

Edit: I still use AIM on my Axim, but that version has no crap attached to it, and its the best version out for pocket pc.

Two programs I install immediately after hard-resetting is MagicButton, and Total Commander, both freeware.

I like MagicButton's taskbar on top - allows you to see what programs are running and allows you to switch between programs with a single tap.

TotalCommander is a much better file manager than the built in File Explorer - I love the virtual 2 window view - allows easy copy/moving, etc.

no1 named lexisgoo dictionary?

It is the award winning dictionary that integrates with your ppc (ie. you could be reading an article online (Opera?) and if you don't know a word that you're reading, just tap the word (in the article). It will instantly show you the definition!!!

Pocket Weather is great too. I'm in international business so international weather could be a great tool for knowing when to ship, etc. And if you live in an uncommon place for software (Canada), it has it too! Also updates how often you like automatically (weather is autoupdated w/o need to visit any websites)

Weatherpanel, it's not being update (the developer vanished). I still like it. WOrk with WM5 and A12.

Try the PocketMindMap. I really like it. Waiting for a new version before purchase.

TenGo, can't beat it when it's free. :)
