Mad Argh! X50v, WM5 Power up problem.

:realmad:
Gentlefolk,
I am fustrated:rolling: :
Two posting in one Day!

I updated my x50v to wm5 yesterday :bang: and find that this morning (after being on the charger all night) I can not power the device up .

I tried a second fully charged battery. Same prob.

Tried soft rest. Tried a hard reset. no Love... Can not power it up...

So the power button Does show battery state when put in the cradle.

I will gladly sacrife a Good Young Ram at the Altar of your choice for good help.

HELP!!!

LOL, it will be alot easier to just serach the forums then ask questions. I do believe that the fake server trick is stickied but here it is:

That is a link to a big helpful thread.

Yeah, I was just sitting down to do all the tweaks I found (including the fake server) when I suddenly could not turn the damn thing on... (not even a hard reset )

After about an hour of ignoring it I tried a hard reset AGAIN and automagically it turned on...
I think I might also have a battery issue. I purchased an aftermarket 2200mah battery and beleive it to be a little flaky.

In any case I am now proceeding to the hacks.
