Hi everybody,
I have found a way how adobe reader 2.0 will work on wm5. Simply follow these steps:

-Install Adobe Reader 2.0 on your PPC
-Install Total Commander avaiable here: http://www.ghisler.com/pocketpc.htm
Only with total commander you can change the registry
- start the Total Commander and go to "\" which will lead you to the registry
- in "HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareAdobeAdobe Reader4.0AdobeViewer" you have to change the entry: EULA from "0" to "1"

Done! Now adobe 2.0 should work on your PPC!

I tried what you said to do and my registry value for EULA was already set to 1. And Adobe reader DOES NOT WORK. By chance did you mean to change the value from 1 to 0?

Ahhhh, excuse me. Adobe Reader 2.0 works perfectly on my X51V without any fix at all. From ROM A04 to A12, always perfectly, every time. Me thinks youse guys have other problems causing Reader not to work. Maybe its a HP problem cause sure works OK on my Axim.

Yes, my status is the same. I can install the Adobe reader without any fix at my Axim X51v. But, you need to open the reader firstly if you want to view a pdf file. I cannot double click the pdf file for viewing instantly. It is not same as xls, doc or ppt etc. I can double click the datafile and it will call its program for opening it automatically.
