Windows Mobile Screen

I have an X51 520 that I upgraded to A12 a few days after it was released. So far, everything seems to have gone just fine. :approve: After the upgrade, I noticed the "new" Windows Mobile screen that would briefly appear after a Soft Reset. Now I have recently noticed that screen is no longer there - after a Soft Reset, there is the blue Dell logo screen, then a BLANK white screen, then my Today Screen. After A12 I have loaded a handful of programs and Today themes, with no problems.

Speed of the Soft Reset is just fine, it boots up very quickly and all programs run good. Just curious as to why the Windows Mobile is gone and if anyone else has experienced this

How did you do that. I can't get rid of it, even if I wanted to. What is in your start up programs and start up services. Just curious.

I can see the splash image in my windows folder named WELCOMEHEAD.192, its in ROM and cant be deleted. Cant imagine what happened to your image. But if you want it back a hard reset should fix it. But seems a bit extreme.
