Safe To Delete .att files?
I have about 20 of these files with the .att extension in my Windows folder. Does anyone know what these files are for? And is it safe to delete them?
Thanks
Steve

On my x3i system the .att files are mail attachments located at \Windows\Messaging\Attachments\
" And is it safe to delete them?"

Welcome to AminSite. I would be sure to do a FULL system back-up before deleting "unknown" files.

I usually copy them somewhere else, rename those copies as .txt files and peek at them at the least.

Thats right.
Usually I make a sub folder called
\TRAP
and move the files there.
After a while without any troubles the files get deleted.
