I was wondering if anyone knew how to download video from sites like You Tube? Does anyone know of cool places to download general video stuff? What are the file formats that I should look for? What player is good at various file formats? I need to know what steps or program I need to rip these videos, some of them are pretty cool and some are just good music videos and the like. I have an axim x51 running WM5. Any help would be appreciated.

You can also download video from Google video. You can download it directly to your Axim but I usually download it from my desktop and use the card reader to transfer.

I don't think you can download u tube and google video direct to your axim, but try www.keepvid.com and then move them to an sd card or transfer them via activestink

Yes you can download Google Video on your axim. You should select download for Ipod and there is a button that says something like "click here if you have trouble downloading". You will download a file that has no extension. Rename it with an extension like .mpg.

You can convert it to mpeg if you go to link i suggested above!
