MS .NET Compact Framework

http://www.immunizationed.org/shotsonline.asp

Below are the instructions to loading an application to the Mobile 5 Device, in my case Axim x51v.
The software for the Axim upgraded to A12 for ROM.
Not sure what else to do to upgrade the software and do not find if I have the requested software or its version on my device.
Suggestions on what to do next, while I contact the software developers?

Shots 2006 - Immunization Schedules for Pocket PC® Handhelds

Looking for the 2006 Palm OS Version?

Windows Mobile 5 version -- NOW AVAILABLE!! See instruction for download of .cab file below.

DESCRIPTION
Shots 2006 is a quick reference guide to the 2006 Childhood Immunization Schedule, a collaboration of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), and the 2005-2006 Adult Immunization Schedule, recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). Details on each vaccine are available by clicking on the vaccine names.

REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Pocket PC® PDA and approximately 1MB of memory. Shots 2006 for Pocket PC was developed with the new Microsoft .NET technology and utilizes a SQL Server CE database to hold the data. .NET applications require that the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework be installed on the device before the application is installed. SQL Server CE will also need to be installed so Shots can access the database. These two components will take an additional 2.8MB of memory and can be installed using the links below. If you already have these components installed you will NOT need to install them again.

Your device has .NET CF version 1 preinstalled so you don't need it. Did you run the .cab installer? Did it work?

Nope.
The Device said I needed a newer version of the above app. I did transfer the cab installer to my device, in the Programs, where I could find it. Ran it to the SD card first. No go. Then to main memory, still no go.

No, was not sure of needing to install that, so glad you asked. Is the SQL Server CE ok for Mobile 5.0 and I take it I should install?
