my pda (dell axim x51) wont remember to open mp3's with windows media player. when i try to open a mp3 it says something like "please open the file in the desired program".... so i do, but it doesnt remember it. so... is there a way to manually set the file association
Do the files have the Windows Media icon? I don't have a problem opening the app by tapping on a file, and I didn't adjust any settings (I don't see any to adjust).

Hi!
Just download this: PocketTweak v4.2.7
It's freeware and you can manage the files associations. It's one of my essentials.
Does anyone with Pocket Tweak know exactly what exe .doc files are associated with?. I screwed around with my pda and now my Word doc's appear as blank icons. I tried using Pocket Tweak to fix the problem by associating my doc files with pword.exe. in the windows directory. I can open the files with Word but the icons haven't changed (even after 2 soft resets.) Help!.
