Odyssey Client

Every time I start my Dell Axim x51v I receive the following error notification
Cannot execute\program files\funk software\odyssey client\odclientce.exe

Anyone have any ideas

I reckon you've got some rogue entries in the notifications list.
Use Memmaid from Dinarsoft to identify duplicate entries, chances are they are there to run Odyssey on start up. Not only does it fail sometimes, but it also slows the Axim down. I have no idea why these entries turn up, but getting rid of them helps!

Yes that did help but every day I get the duplicate files. Now the major problem is the 15 day trial ran out and I also have the DELL WLAN UTILITY start up automatically and has drained the power completely. I do backup often so I'm ok there but the program Memmaid is great but I wish there was some utility that would take care of everything. Thanks for your response

I had the same problem with my x51v. After a hard reset I have not had the problem for over three weeks.

Now I also have the problem that the DELL WLAN Utility runs automatically as long as my X51V soft resets!

I guess it will be get rid of after a hard reset. However I wouldn't like to do it unless I can't do anything else.

Anybody can help me on it?

In my startup folder...

The only files I have in my startup folder are these:

BTTray
PCCommLoader.exe (not sure what this is for though)
WirelessIcon
WisBarLite
