SIP with F keys?

I just recently purchased the Dell Axim x51v Serial Cable off ebay.

I use the cable for directly connecting to devices at my work so that I can program them. The serial cable and PocketTTY work great together. I can do everything I need but normal SIP keyboards do not have F keys.
(F1 F2 F3 F4 F5 F6 F7 F8 F9 F10 F11 F12)

I've looked into several replacement SIPs and none have F keys.

Essentially F1 = ESC + 1.
F2 = ESC + 2
etc.

Is there a SIP that has F keys or allows for programming custom keys so that I can assign ESC + 1...2...3...4...5...6....7...8....9....10..11...12

I need a QWERY keyboard, plus 1-0, plus Function Keys (F Keys). Anyone know of one?

you can't post a thread within a thread. You have to be in the forum, then on the left side, top and bottom of the pages... there is a big blue button that says, "NEW THREAD"

Click that and your off. The subject will be the title.
(make sure you spell check the Title so you don't look stupid)

Please delete your comments from my thread so it doesn't throw off my question.

not much of a SIP replacement -- but the commercial product mToken has a tear-off menu that has F-keys.

Also, in VT100 emulation, I thought Ctrl-1 was F1? and so on? I may be hallucinating.
