Any Block recognizer shortcuts like Palm's?

I'm really enjoying my Ax, but I'm finding that I miss the Palm Graffiti shortcut for date stamp, time stamp, custom phrases, etc. You know, that thing that looked like a cursive lower case "l". I haven't seen anything like that yet on my Ax, but maybe I haven't looked hard enough.

Can anyone offer me a clue?? Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I already use what WM5 calls Block Recognizer, but there was a specific stylus gesture in Graffitti to which I was referring.

I know of nothing that provides this Palm feature on the PPC. However, there are some powerful applications that provide similar features within that application (unlike the Palm global feature). PocketInformant, for example, has a feature called My Text.

Thanks for the help, guys.

I just downloaded TapText; I'll see how it goes. May be more than I need, so I'll just have to grow into it!

I would have bought that (even at $10) long ago if multiple clipboard cut/paste was also there.
