Hmm Windows Media player problems

Hello,

I have recently received my new x51v. For some reason the windows media player will only play certain avi files. It will not play any mpeg, vcd, or some avi files that play no problem on windows media player 7 on my windows 2000 laptop.

I have used a freeware converter to convert these files back and forth... all iterations play on my laptop but none play on my Axim, only a few original avi files.

Video was a major reason I bought the Axim over a phone pda... can anyone help me out?

I highly recomend that you download TCPMP (www.tcpmp.com). I found that I had the same problem until a freind of mine told me to download TCPMP. No more media problems.

SWEET! This seems to have fixed all my issues - finally, "Modern Marvels" on my PDA!

Thanks!
