very good question lol. i would think that pocket pcs wouldnt die because we still love pocket pcs and it will be a long time till pocket pcs will die out. and to add some of us just dont like to carry a UMPC we like the fact that a pocket pc goes into ur pocket and with a UMPC for some people might just feel that its too much for them to carry

I agree with you completely but look at the Apple Newton....
They had a large following and lots of fan boys, and for Apple fans boys is what kept them alive.
Companies like Dell and HP don't need us to survive.

sadly to say its true but if they are tryin to make everybody to migrate to get a UMPC they r soooo wrong. THe prices on them are ridiculous and im very happy with what I have. My axim can do eveything that a UMPC can do to play music games mp3 etc. and whoever says that arent alike u know what i mean im just saying...

Definiely I also think that the UMPC push is a flop and only geeks would consider them and no geek will buy them over a Windows Mobile device, We have Pride!:approve:

All 3 X51's would get the same if it were.
Since it isn't that great of an upgrade I would assume this would be free.
Not to mention very few apps got upgraded so I couldn't see this going for sale.

the SE thing wasn't a good idea when 2003 SE came out and it is better this way since it is WM6 and 2006 was last year, might as well attempt to stay with the times.

Can't they just leave it as Windows Mobile Crossbow WMC just like Mac os X Tiger or Windows Vista, no more number denominations to confuse us anyways who wants a sixth generation Windows Mobile Device when you are living in the seventh year since naming(someone clarify don't actually know when the first Pocket PC Os was official).
