As soon as I turned on my x51v it was able to find my home wireless router and I was able to connect to the internet. Also when I clicked on the signal bar icon at the lower right corner I got a list of all the other routers in the area. GREAT I was very pleased.

I want to buy another x51v and I noticed that they are now offering as an option a piece of software called "WiFi Companion for Dell Axim X51" What does this do that I cannot do with with the built-in software?

BTW, TIP: I noticed a difference in price depending on where I went on the Dell website. In "home and home office" the price was listed at $499. In "small business" the price was on special at $399 (-20%). Guess which I ordered. :)
