Hello Folks
I have got a Dell Axim x51. and would like to use Skype for Voip using the BT headset from Logitec. I know that the Dell supports BT v1.2 and so does the Headset and I thought that it woudl be a good match I tried to pair the devices and the Axim found the headset but did not have any services associated with it. I have looked and read posts on this Excellent forum and found that it could be a problem with the MS stack and it was recommended to install the BroadcomBluetoothStackX51V05 I installed the supplied files v0.5 I now have the BT Manager that I can select from the BT icon I can now got BT setting and I know have a list of BT Services The question is which service do I use and how can I use skype with the headset ***UPDATE*** I have managed to connect to my headset via the BT Manager Bluetooth My Shortcuts headset connection to Logitec HS01-V16 Status connected and has signal strength etc and the headset plays a very annoying melody just need to work out how it works with skype etc many thanks for your help and time | |||

Did you hit the headset's call answer button when it started making the noise? That initiates the audio connection. Just make sure the PDA's volume is turned up - BT uses the same volume controls.
