K, I dropped my axim a few weeks back and broke the touch screen.

I am totally reliant upon my axim for day-to-day use. I'm lost without it.

I considered my options.
Upon researching, I learned that the next generation cpu's are coming out Q1 2007 so I decided to fix my axim rather than replace it. Cheapest option and I can see what new products come out next year as a potential replacement.

While at PocketPCTechs I had them add more memory as well. I should get it back next week!! :celebrate
The fix and upgrade wasn't cheap but still slightly less than rack retail replacement cost.

Here's my issue.
It'll come back completely wiped.
I've been very happy with wm2003 2nd.
I tried the upgrade to wm 5 and rolled back and hadn't followed the work arounds for awhile now so I'm out of the loop.
I use bluetooth extensively and was really turned off by the ms stack.
I've read here and there that broadcom released a new stack.

Will someone that has a X50v that upgraded from wm2003 2nd explain the pros and cons of WM5 as it stands today.
This has probably been done aready so a link to a similiar thread would be appreciated.

This would really help me out a lot.
