I'm sorry but i've tried to upgrade my x51v to A04 (downloaded from dell site) and i've follow the instrunction.
After the first hard reset my active sync 4.2 try to connect to axim but not run and the axim is blocked to the windows mobile logo and doesn't work.
Anyone can HELP me please ?!?

I mean that the axim is blocked after hard reset but not complete the procedure and i can see only the windows logo and every function of the axim is blocked.
I can't also connect to PC with active sync because the message is "connection in work" but nothing happen....
I've reinstalled active sync (4.2), but nothing change......

Did you check that the lock button (on the left hand side of the unit) is not engaged?
