Aximsitex50icon Media Player

Heya all,

So I have an X51v and moved some WMVs over to the device to listen to the songs and I am receiving an error that says I cant acquire the necessary license to play the music.

Anyone know how to address this? I downloaded the music through Music Match which uses Windows Media Player.

Thanks,
Guardian

What are the format of the music. You may change it to suit more the PPC instead of the PC.
If you get dead silence after breaking the speed of sound, would you be in the darkness after passing the speed of light?

sounds like you have some music encoded with digital restrictions managment....

either you told WMP to encode them that way when you ripped them from CD, or you bought them from some over priced download store, either way, you cant use them

The Axim DOES support DRMs WMA.

But WMV is a video format. Are you referring to audio or video?

If you use WMP you can transfer your DRMd tracks over.
Always read stuff that will make you look good if you die in the middle of it.

Sorry, I meant WMA.

They were downloaded through Windows Media Player, .99 a song. So they are in a regular format for WMA's.

Which is a better format for PPCs? I thought WMA was a standard which worked on a PPC with Windows Mobile 5?
