Hi,
have an X51v, and recently I've found that sometimes, pushing the power button won't switch it back on after a suspend, so have to do a soft reset - not really a problem, but annoying (particularly if something isn't saved, or I've got lots of apps open).

My guess is that some software is stopping the switch on... may also be related to battery charging?

Has anyone else found this? Any solutions?

Have you tried this already?
I recently hardreset my axim, and the WSOD (white screen of death) reappeared, so I had to redo the steps listed in that thread.
