Over the last month periodically have one of those infamous Microsoft error messages. "We’re Sorry, A problem has occurred with device.exe." Would anyone have a clue as to what is going on? What this error is or what is causing it?

They give you the option to send an error report. Now, my question is does an error report get sent if you are not connected to the internet? Will it send the report the next time you have a network connection?

Basically if any poorly written program does something stupid with a window, GWES complains and gives this error. You can disable the reporting and you'll never know there was a problem but in that blog he says they actually *like* getting those reports so who am I to take away their fun?
