It seems to me that Claunch is running very slowly on my x50v under WM5; anyone else experienced that by any chance?

Is there out there a utility similar in concept to claunch - icons under tabbed interface? Didn't care much for iLauncher and I am skeptical about Wisbar.

Something FASTER would be great - also one that could take advantage of the today screen and images? Any ideas out there?

I used cLaunch on my X5 with ppc2003 and did not have problems with it.
I recently upgraded to iLauncher because it is underdevelopment and has more features that interested me.
I don't think cLaunch is being developed anymore, and might not be 100% WM5 compatible.

Scott Seligman Launcher (freeware). doesn't allow tabs like clauncher, but it looks okay on a vga screen, the icons are small, and it's snappy. By creating subdirectories, you can have multiple folders (not the same as tabs, but it's something). http://www.scottandmichelle.net/scott/cestuff.html

I love Scott's Launcher. I've used it since PPC 2002 and had no problems. The best thing is the tiny amount of real estate it takes up. Despite their small size, the icons are very legible. I'm glad it works with WM5. Despite the fact it's freeware, I plan to make a small donation because I find it so useful.

Not sure if you were talking to me Linuxcrazyman, but I tried PocketPlus... didn't like it. Scott's Launcher is better for me.
