Microsoft has release daylight saving time updates for the United States and Canada in 2007 and in subsequent years on Windows CE-based devices.

This is too complicated for a n00b like me. Don't our devices change the daylight saving time automatically?
Yes, they do but since the dates for going to/from DST have been changed, your PPC will make the change on the old date and the time will be wrong for about a month in the spring and fall.
