Icons with no Program
Hello to you all, maybe somone can send me in the right direction.
After installing and then removing a third party application after it kept crashing I find that there is a icon still in the Start | Progams folder for my deleted app and also in the Settings | Menu list.  If I tap it it responds app cannot be opened, too true but how can I get rid of the icon. I'm guessing it's in the Registry somewhere. Any links free tools to help me remove it would be appreciated  Regards Jools  | |||

Use the Explore feature of ActiveSync and navigate to Windows>Start Menu>(probably)Programs and delete the "application name".lnk file. That will remove it.
