A quick google search acame up with this, http://www.softmaker.com/english/ofp_en.htm. It appears to cost E/$ 49.95. Is this what you wewe looking for?

You get a generous trial period. You cannot beat it. I like having both PC and PPC versions. It is not necessary if you only use the Word conversion and you have MS Word but the TM files are lighter and launch faster. The word processor is really quite good. No Macro's but lots of keyboard short cuts.
