sound occuring at sync time.
Hi there
Is there some way to shut off the sound that comes from the pC as I begin and finish an active sync

Control Panel->Sounds and Audio Devices->Sounds tab
In the Program events list scroll down until you see Microsoft ActiveSync. Under there, set the sounds you want disabled to (None).

Now silence on syncing. :)
