Worried Axim not transferring calendar, contacts and email to or from Outlook 2003

I can transfer files and load programs onto the Axim fine, (except for the DST update for the Axim which it took fine a few weeks ago but now won’t) but when it is supposed to sync the calendar, contacts and email it goes through the operation and says they are synced, but nothing transfers. I’ve checked all the settings and made sure it is set to do so. Things had been working fine since I got it with absolutely no problems and this happened overnight almost.[/U][/U] I did install some updates from Microsoft a few days before this started. I have uninstalled ActivSync on the PC several times now. I was going to remove and reinstall it on the PPC, but I can’t figure out how to do that. Oh, when it does sync about 100 appointments (no joke) appear on my calendar for the time and date I sync. That just started at the same time so it must be connected. I have ‘soft’ reset several times and finally did a ‘hard’ reset yesterday with no success. I know there has to be an answer.

Welcome to Aximsite

It sounds as if you are filtering on the Axim or you have not set the correct items to sync in AS. I'm not sure what you are running (or on what device!) but in Calendar tap Tools and then Categories and make sure that they are all unchecked.

In AS (on your pc) click Tools and then Options... Highlight the Calendar icon and click settings - select Synchronise all appointments

Thank you for the response.

I'm running Pocket Outlook, AS 4.5 on the x51v & Outlook 2003 on the PC.
Checked the settings as you suggested, again, but I still have the problem.

Try AS 4.2 - lots of folks (including yours truly) have had sync trouble with 4.5.
Best of luck!

(X).
I had this problem last week. In outlook 2003, check About. There are 3 buttons. I think the bottom most displays disabled services. Mine had activestink disabled. It worked again once enabled.
