very busy striped pages

I apologize for that title--couldn't think of anything else.

After an intentional hard reset, my system pages (that is, the default notes page, the default contacts screen, other pages which list items) all open with this dreadful skin, like this screenshot. Without using Wisbar or WAD, how can I change this both on my Axim x51v and my HTC Wizard? It makes the text on the page almost impossible to read.

I'm running WM5 on both devices and I use SBSH's iLauncher, PocketBreeze (as well as PocketWeather and SBSH Clock public beta), PocketInformant, and have installed and, ten minutes later, uninstalled both SKTools and Tweaks 2K2, latest version.

Anyone got any ideas. I'd be ever so grateful.

Sandra

Looks find to me!

I run WM2003se, so I can only guess... but isn't there a place for the Today screen settings in WM5? That's where the background is set in WM2003...

You can try use SKTools color tweaks: try change any "...listview..." colors or restore default.

If that started after doing a hard reset, then I would be doing another hard reset.

that is normal. it takes the stripey colour from the theme that is is using. try change the theme to something else, other than black.
