X51V Rom A12
Word Mobile INSISTS on capitalizing the first word of a line.
Unchecking the "capitalize first word..." in the input settings
has NO effect.

Unchecking the box does fix the problem on a X50 WM2003SE.

How do I make this stop? It renders word mobile useless to me.

I've found discussions on why it happens. I don't care!! I want
it to stop!!! If I want a capital letter, I'll press the shift key.

Can I poke the registry to fix this?

I know it's annoying - but why does it render Word "useless"? Even though it does capitalize the first time, you should be able to just backspace over it and it won't re-capitalize it will it?

I've got a better idea. I'll carve the text in stone,
put the stone on the scanner,
scan in the text,
run OCR to recognize it,
convert the file to ppc format,
use activesync to copy the file to the pda.

Just about as useful.

Why the &*(*& can't they just make the option to turn it off WORK!!!
Microsoft software needs a BIG RED BUTTON that lets you turn off
ALLLLL the crap they add to "help" me!!!! GRRRRR!!!

If I want a capital, I'll use the *&^^ shift key!!!! GRRRRR!!!!
