Can't get rid of program "holdovers"
I had installed Smallmenu and CardFileExport and found that they did not work well so I used "Remove Programs" from the Settings tab and took them both out of the device. I also removed them from the sync menu.
Now every time I soft reset my Axim I get 2 popups (one for each program) telling me that "file ----.exe cannot be opened....yada yada yada" basically because one of its components is cannot be found. I was hoping that NONE of its components could be found. How do I rid myself of any leftover remnants of these programs to stop these annoying popups? Thanks in advance. Oh- I've got an x51v. | |||

You can try going into File Explorer: Windows\Startup to look for the links to the programs. Tap and hold on the selection to delete the links to those programs. If that doesn't work, you can install a utility such as SKTools or MemMaid to get rid of program remnants.

Gigi beat me to it. I haven't tried SK tools, but memaid has a free trial that will do it. The free trial worked so well for me in the same situation, that I just bought it.
