Personally I would recommend reinstalling the programs first (to get the uninstall info back). Then installing sktools and use it's uninstallation utility find the name of the program you wish to uninstall and then select deep scan this will locate most of that programs registry entries. After the scan is complete select uninstall marked.
Your still not finished yet then go to registry search in sktools click on action>start search> enter the name of the developer after relevant keys are located delete them. Then enter the name of the program this usually finds the rest of the associated reg. keys delete those as well.
Please note that if you have several programs from the same developer you will need to read the discription of each reg. key before deleting them. If in doubt don't.
