Hello,

I searched the forum but could not find anything that would help. If I missed something please forgive me.

I just received a text message and read it in outlook but when I try to reply the screen goes white. The soft buttons are still there and you can see the windows logo and stuff at the top but the portion where you would see the message goes white. Anyone else have this problem????? I live and die by messaging and have no idea how to fix this. Ill try to list all the programs I have installed. Please dont say I have to hard reset as I just hard reset YESTERDAY!!!!!! I'm thinking about trying textman for texting but that wont solve my outlook issues.

Programs installed (all in ROM)
-Pocket Informant
- scary bear flash it
- phat pad
- Visual IT Tube 2
- resco exlporer
- eWallet
- MemMaid (tried doing some cleaning with that but to no avail)
- Ringo
- Web IS Toolbox
- Diopen (korean lang localizer, I dont think this is the problem cause messages have worked with this installed in the past)
- 1 Calc

Thats about it. Someone smarter than me (not very hard) please help me out. I am leaving for a trip tomorrow morning and need this capability.

Hi,

I read your note and in fact, I had the same problem. I submit a similar forum but I also got no one reply. When my messaging problem arise, I still receive the email title, but when I click on the title and want to see the content, I got a blank white screen. When I try to create a new email and click on the 'New', it is also white.

When this problem arise, I usually do a hard reset and re-install the whole things again. I had tried to backup all programs, and try to restore the programs and then install the messaging new account... but it will not work. I have to hard reset and install the program one by one.

I have seen several messaging problems in the forum, but no one reply. I guess those so call Expert either do not know what we are talking about, or they simply do not know how to resolve this problem.

Well, until we can find a solution, or find out why it happens. I concluded this is a bug from the WM 5 messaging. We just have to suck it up and live with it, I guess. Very frustrate, is it not?

I take it you've tried a soft reset....
